Trained as a professional coach through the International Coach Federation Core Competency Training and the Co-active Training Institute, I look forward to guiding you along the journey to reach your full potential.
Inspired by renowned coach John Whitmore's principles outlined in his book Coaching for Performance, my own coaching philosophy centers on helping clients learn and grow in self-awareness “rather than teaching them." As your coach, I will help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals by asking powerful questions, deepening your awareness, and clarifying your desires.
